Is "Run as administrator" required?
In general, no. However if you’ve installed the game in a security restricted location, like your Program Files, you’ll need to run DFBHD Joiner as administrator. To facilitate this, you can create a shortcut to the Joiner executable and enable “Run as administrator” in its Properties/Compatibility tab.
Pre-requisites:
- .NET Framework 4.5: This implies no Windows XP support.
Let me know if anyone plays on Win XP and I’ll try to downgrade the application to .NET 4.0. I didn’t do this yet since this involves circumventing some of the libraries which are available in 4.5 and not in 4.0.
